Frej.si Beta has the right to remove any post which is not according to the rules of separating fact from opinion.
Definition of “exact wording“:
An opinion is something we think or believe. Frej.si Beta allows users to write about their opinions. However, the article or paragraph should clearly show that the statement or statements are opinions by including phrases like “I think, I believe, my opinion, etc. You should tell the reader that your statement is not a fact but it is something it could be the subject of discussion, one might agree, and the others may not.
Frej.si Beta has the right to remove any post which represents hate speech of any kind.
Definition of “hate speech“:
Hate speech offensively attacks people’s attributes which cannot be controlled or changed. One of the telltale signs of hate speech is acting from a superior position of power, be it real or imagined. Hate speech deeply hurt and offended attacked people. The most common attributes are sex, skin colour, nationality, handicaps, etc. When hate speech is used, people are always offended. However, the opposite relation is not always in place. If I’m offended, the reason for that doesn’t need to be hate speech. Ordinary disagreements, even when one might be offended, are not always hate speech. We all have the right to think what we think. And we have the right to express our minds.
NOTE: Separation of fact and opinions is not hard to define and control. The result of separation should be “exact wording”, which is the best way to transfer correct information. Hate speech is much more complicated to define and, many times, a matter of individual judgment based on the circumstances in which the actual events took place.
Frej.si Beta has the right to remove any post representing violence of any kind, sexual content, trademark or other intellectual property rights violation and content which violates someone’s rights to privacy.
